Description

You will develop comprehensive software solutions for the financial domain, including database, backend, and frontend design, for a core banking system. You act as a primary contact for customers by analyzing functional and technical requirements and designing complex architectures. In an agile, cross-team setting, you create user stories and tasks, document solutions, and participate in user tests.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and develop software solutions across the stack (database, backend, frontend)
• Serve as a contact point for customers; analyze functional and technical constraints and propose architecture
• Create user stories and tasks in an agile, distributed project environment
• Produce documentation and support/analyze user testing
• Contribute to the design and ongoing development of a complex, long-term project for modern and efficient IT solutions

Requirements

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with high commitment and flexibility
• Knowledge of the financial services industry (ideally savings products) and basic business understanding
• Ideally experience in Java development and familiarity with Docker, Spring, and REST
• Excellent German and English skills in written and spoken form
• Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills; willingness to travel
• Completed degree or comparable training
• Desirable: around 5 years of experience in software architecture
