Description

You will develop AI-first, end-to-end features in small autonomous teams using multi-agent workflows. The role involves switching between frontend and backend as needed and using AI tools (e.g., agentic workflows) daily while translating client requirements into solutions you can explain to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-first solutions in a multi-agent workflow environment

• Deliver complete features end-to-end

• Collaborate in small teams with emphasis on autonomy

• Analyze client requirements, propose solutions, and defend implementation choices

• Communicate clearly with clients (factually, with empathy and respect)

Requirements

• Real, hands-on experience with AI tooling used daily

• Product mindset

• Ability to analyze customer needs, design solutions, and deliver/justify them

• Good communication skills; explain decisions even when clients lack technical knowledge

• Fluent communication in CZ/SK and English

• Comfort switching between frontend and backend technologies
