About the Project

Over 5 billion people use basic applications like email, notes, and tasks that were not built as AI-native tools. The project aims to build a proactive smart assistant for everyday users, bringing intelligence to conversations, errands, organization, and daily workflows with minimal prompting.

The product focuses on high reliability for long-running workflows, persistent context, and real-world task completion. Key challenges include multi-step reasoning, external tool integration, and model predictability, with a goal of helping users complete daily tasks in significantly less time.

Role & Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Engineer – AI Systems, you will build the product layer that turns foundational AI capabilities into dependable, production-grade applications.

• End-to-End Product Engineering: Build features across the frontend, backend, and AI integration layers.
• Agent Architecture: Design agent workflows that effectively handle multi-step planning, tool execution, failure modes, and self-recovery.
• Real-time AI Interactions: Engineer responsive systems utilizing streaming, partial results, and tight latency constraints.
• System Reliability & Observability: Integrate LLMs, memory, and third-party tools into systems that perform consistently under real-world conditions.
• Continuous Iteration: Build robust fallback mechanisms and continuously improve system success rates based on evaluation metrics and user telemetry.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong full-stack experience building end-to-end features across frontend and backend stacks.
• Solid understanding of API architecture, data flow, and distributed-system fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs, RAG architectures, or AI-powered features in production.
• Ability to take feature ownership from initial concept through design to production deployment.
• Comfort making clear engineering choices in fast-moving, evolving environments.
