Description

You will build full-stack applications and deliver AI-enabled capabilities by integrating AI assistants and knowledge tools with company systems and LLMs. The work includes AI-driven automation, workflow orchestration, and RAG-style solutions that leverage internal knowledge. AI is treated as a “smart layer” inside web and mobile products, and you will also support AI-driven SDLC practices across design, development, testing, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web/full-stack features using the team’s tech stack

• Integrate AI assistants and knowledge tools with internal systems and LLMs

• Design AI-driven process automation and connect it to real business systems

• Build RAG assistants and smart search based on internal knowledge sources

• Contribute to AI-driven SDLC practices

Requirements

• Medior or senior experience with full-stack development

• Practical experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex

• Ability to write effective prompts/tasks for AI

• Understanding of hallucinations and AI limitations

• Knowledge of token economics (tokens, costs, efficient usage)

• Awareness of context window constraints and mitigation strategies

• Knowledge of data security and data hygiene practices

• Communicative proficiency in Czech or Slovak (one is required)
