Description

You will guide new customers through onboarding to help them start using the platform effectively. You’ll translate customer requirements and feedback into concrete product improvement proposals with UX/UI designers, architects, and developers. You will also support pre-sales with presentations, proof of concept (PoC) work, and demo scenarios, and act as the primary contact for ongoing customer questions and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and accelerate effective platform usage
• Consult customer needs and understand their processes
• Convert customer requirements and feedback into product improvement proposals
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, architects, and developers on enhancements
• Support pre-sales: create presentations, PoCs, and demo scenarios using potential customer data
• Serve as the main point of contact for questions, blockers, and ways to maximize platform value
• Co-create onboarding materials, help content, and Academy content; continuously improve learning resources

Requirements

• Strong communication skills; able to tailor explanations for both business users and technical specialists
• Technical proficiency with databases, SQL, and JSON; able to reason about data issues
• Experience with AI tools and AI agents; able to use tools such as Claude or Codex
• Result-oriented mindset focused on customer success
• Analytical mindset to track adoption and success metrics and propose improvements
• Fluent English for communication with international customers
• Comfort with a dynamic startup environment and changing priorities
