Description

You will gather product requirements and client ideas, research product topics and problems, and document findings. You will write user stories and specifications that guide designers and developers, maintain the product plan/backlog, align stakeholders, and validate product ideas and prototypes with new users.

Responsibilities

• Collect product requirements and client/product ideas
• Collaborate with stakeholders using user feedback
• Research product ideas/topics and document insights
• Write user stories and other product specifications
• Maintain roadmap and review/clarify backlog tasks; track and approve releases
• Coordinate with other teams on projects; participate in planning, research, and retrospectives
• Verify ideas/prototypes with new users
• Unify and manage expectations across internal and external teams

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role in an agency or startup
• Experience in technical environments with development teams and/or background in informatics or software engineering
• Strong communication skills in Czech and English (written and verbal)
• Ability to convert customer challenges into technical specifications
• Curiosity, humility, and passion for excellent work
• Prior experience managing a product roadmap
• Experience connecting design and development
• Independent working style; able to deliver even when tasks are open-ended
