Description

You will prepare trends for upcoming seasons across the ASTRATEX brand, create production specifications, source suppliers, and control samples and material approvals. You will design your own collection concepts, provide necessary information and samples to supplier partners, and communicate and negotiate regularly with suppliers while monitoring quality with the warehouse team. The role also involves creating inputs for marketing campaigns and regularly analyzing global trends and competitors in the Czech market.

Responsibilities

• Prepare seasonal trends for the ASTRATEX brand
• Find suppliers, create production specifications, and review samples
• Create and approve designs for your own lingerie/swimwear collection (materials, testing, sign-off)
• Provide development information and samples to suppliers
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers; coordinate with warehouse on product quality
• Propose marketing campaign concepts and provide materials for Marketing/Brand
• Analyze global trends and competitor activity on the Czech market and identify new opportunities
• Work with: Altus Vario, Microsoft Office, Asana, Slack

Requirements

• Experience with designing and constructing women’s lingerie and swimwear
• English at least B2 for daily communication with international suppliers
• Market insight (patterns, colors) and ability to bring original ideas
