Description

Lead day-to-day operations for a brand-new production studio in Ostrava, aligning daily execution with the global vision. You will build and inspire the team, guide new initiatives from planning through post-launch success, and ensure broadcast excellence by overseeing live-stream operations and studio equipment/inventory. You’ll drive performance and growth through stream metrics, local budget management, and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Own the studio: strategic and operational control of the Ostrava hub

• Build and inspire the team: workforce planning, studio-wide syncs, inclusive culture

• Launch and scale projects: run initiatives from first-draft planning to post-launch

• Guarantee broadcast excellence: oversee high-end tech equipment, manage inventory, monitor live streams

• Drive performance and growth: analyze stream metrics, manage local budgets, coach the team

Requirements

• Proven operations management background
• Experience with 24/7 or shift-based environments (preferred)
• People-first leadership under pressure
• Hands-on experience tracking KPIs, managing budgets, and overseeing financial approvals
• Proactive execution mindset with extreme ownership of results
• Fluent spoken and written Czech and English
