• Role: Atlassian Solution Architect

Description

Design and implement Atlassian-based solutions that unify clients’ culture, processes, and tools. You will partner with customers to shape the solution vision and roadmap, including optimizing and digitizing processes, migrating Atlassian tools and data to the cloud, and deploying AI agents and automation where it makes sense. You will also configure Atlassian systems, build automations, test, and troubleshoot while continuously researching new capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design complex solution architecture on the Atlassian platform

• Select the right combination of Atlassian tools to cover client needs and optimize workflows

• Plan and deliver migrations of Atlassian tools and data to cloud environments

• Deploy AI agents and automation for relevant use cases

• Work with Atlassian tools: configure, create automations, test, and debug

• In some cases, use scripts

• Create process and digitization recommendations and document delivered outcomes

• Consult internally via mentoring, knowledge sharing, and solution reviews

Requirements

• At least user-level experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)

• Logical thinking and willingness to connect use cases and requirements to solutions

• Ability to take responsibility for projects independently

• Customer-oriented approach and trust-building communication

• Interest in continuous learning and exploring Atlassian changes
