Description

You will work together with a small team to support funeral ceremonies. First, you coordinate with bereaved relatives on the ceremony location and what will happen, then you help create and write a mourning speech that you present at the ceremony. On the day, you may drive the team to the ceremony, moderate, read the speech, share memories, and take photos or record a reel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with bereaved relatives on ceremony details and location permissions

• Collaborate on creating and writing a mourning speech

• Present the speech during the ceremony

• Act as a host/moderator during the ceremony

• Drive to ceremony locations and manage on-site execution with 2–3 team members

• Capture photos and occasionally record short video/reels; share your work in talks, library events, or radio (if interested)

• Help with arranging logistics (small to bigger tasks), while other administrative support is available

Requirements

• Real interest in people and ability to listen

• Driving license and willingness to help with transportation

• Ability/willingness to speak publicly and deliver speeches

• Willingness to occasionally take photos or record reels

Benefits

• Payment: 3,000–7,000 CZK per ceremony depending on tasks performed

• Time: Ceremonies last about 1 hour, while preparation and related work take half a day to a full day
