Description

The Omnichannel Product Manager will execute customer journey and omnichannel marketing strategies for erda-iDRS treatment in bladder cancer. The role develops and implements marketing strategies that help providers and patients start and stay on therapy, partnering closely with internal teams and the brand organization. You will lead tactic execution across field, digital, email, media, and customer experience channels while optimizing performance with data and Engagement.ai capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of strategies using Engagement.ai and portfolio synergies to deliver business goals and ensure pull-through of brand messages across non-customer-facing channels
  • Execute omnichannel and non-personal promotion tactics with coordinated engagement across field, digital, email, media, and customer experience channels
  • Optimize engagement performance using data, insights, and Engagement.ai to refine channel mix, content sequencing, and targeting
  • Ensure omnichannel tactical deployment in close partnership with Sales, Medical Affairs, Precision Medicine, other internal partners, and the INLEXZO brand team
  • Support content development for sales meetings, selling assets, and non-personal promotion assets; partner with HCC and regulatory to ensure assets are approvable
  • Partner with Sales Learning and Development to ensure specialists are knowledgeable on the product and disease state
  • Coordinate print production and sample agency resources to support field selling efforts and new patient starts; manage agency relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree helpful
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience, including 2 years in marketing, sales, sales learning and development, healthcare professional, sales leadership and/or commercial insight strategy, or qualified leadership development program
  • Experience with project management
  • Healthcare experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including overnights and weekend travel
