Description

You will design, prepare, and maintain test scenarios and cases based on business and technical requirements for CRM solutions. The role includes executing functional, regression, integration, and exploratory tests, identifying and monitoring defects in tools like JIRA, and collaborating with development teams throughout the software lifecycle. You will also test applications in different environments, operating systems, and user configurations while helping set high QA quality standards.

Requirements

• Practical experience creating test cases, test scenarios, and test documentation

• Ability to plan and execute testing independently, manage test data, and analyze results

• Hands-on knowledge of defect tracking/reporting tools (e.g., JIRA)

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, especially for API testing and using Postman

• Ability to work with project documentation and analyze requirements

• Knowledge of SQL

• Knowledge of Agile fundamentals (Scrum/Agile)

• Familiarity with ISTQB Foundation Level topics

• Teamwork skills and attention to detail

• Test automation knowledge (welcome)
