Description

You will design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions for an AI application that digitizes and automates procurement and supplier search/selection processes. The role includes transforming experimental Proof of Concept (POC) code and notebooks prepared by Data Scientists into stable, production-ready backend services and a React user interface connected via REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and REST API in Python and a React frontend

• Work with Data Scientists to understand prototypes, models, and notebooks and productionize them

• Implement responsive React interfaces and connect UI features to backend AI-driven capabilities

• Develop backend business logic with a focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability

• Collaborate with Cloud Engineers on deployment architecture, environment setup, and CI/CD automation

• Refactor experimental code (e.g., notebooks and scripts) into stable services and data-processing pipelines

• Contribute to technical decisions and the architecture of backend and frontend

• Ensure security, monitoring, scalability, and maintainability

• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in full-stack development

• Practical experience with modern Python web frameworks

• Extensive experience with REST API design, development, and maintenance

• Strong experience building modern, component-based React applications (state management, hooks, API integration)

• Practical experience with AWS and cloud applications

• Experience converting experimental code/prototypes (e.g., Streamlit) into production systems

• Understanding of full-stack architecture, system integration, and UI communication design

• Experience with Git and agile development methods

• Good English communication skills

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, backend, frontend, cloud/platform, product)
