Description

You will complete a broad, practice-oriented IT apprenticeship with challenging tasks in a complex hardware and software environment. As a full member of the professional IT team, you will support colleagues and help maintain networks and infrastructure across all company locations. You will also contribute to IT security and data protection activities and support onboarding by introducing new employees to the company’s IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and plan different IT systems in the company

• Provide first-level support as a contact for IT applications

• Support users and internal colleagues with IT issues

• Maintain networks and infrastructure across all company sites

• Assist with onboarding and training for new employees on IT equipment

• Support IT security and data protection topics

• Create and maintain documentation

Requirements

• At least Realschulabschluss

• Strong interest in technology, hardware/software, and networks

• High degree of technical and analytical thinking
