Description

You will develop and extend features for an existing CRM system in a .NET 8 environment, building APIs with ASP.NET Core. The role is focused on microservices and event-driven architecture with Kafka and cloud technologies, combining practical technical decision-making with collaboration across engineering and business stakeholders. You’ll also use AI-assisted tools across the software development lifecycle and support on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new CRM functionalities in .NET 8
• Create and evolve APIs with ASP.NET Core
• Work on distributed systems based on microservices architecture
• Design and develop inter-service communication using Kafka
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability
• Participate in technical solution design and architectural decisions
• Contribute to code reviews
• Use AI tools at different stages of SDLC
• Collaborate with the team and business stakeholders
• Join technical discussions with the client and explain technical topics to non-technical people
• Participate in on-call shifts

Requirements (Must have)

• Commercial experience as a Senior .NET Developer
• Very good knowledge of .NET 8 and ASP.NET Core
• Experience with Minimal APIs and Dependency Injection
• Practical knowledge of microservices architecture
• Experience with event-driven systems
• Very good knowledge of Kafka or other message brokers
• Very good SQL skills, including query optimization
• Experience designing efficient, scalable backend applications
• Experience working on web and backend applications
• Practical use of AI Assisted Development tools
• Experience with code review and team work
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders
• English at least B2
