Description

You will help build the foundation for a scalable, cloud-ready system using a microservices-first approach. The role includes designing and developing microservices from scratch, integrating existing components, and migrating monolithic parts step-by-step while maintaining code quality and testability with TDD.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable microservices from scratch

• Co-develop platform capabilities for cloud-native, platform-agnostic architecture

• Integrate existing components into a modern architecture

• Analyze current codebase/architecture and progressively migrate monolith elements to microservices

• Write clean, maintainable code with a strong emphasis on quality and testability (TDD)

• Participate in code reviews and help define engineering standards

• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams

Requirements

• 6+ years of backend application development with .NET / .NET Core

• Practical experience building large-scale web systems

• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture

• Very good knowledge of relational databases

• Analytical approach and strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively

• Openness to continuous learning and adopting new technologies

• Good English communication skills (speaking and writing)

• Knowledge of AI agents and workflows
