Senior .NET Developer

About the Opportunity

Join a newly established software engineering team in Warsaw, collaborating closely with international R&D hubs. Play a key role in designing, building, and scaling modern cloud services using the Microsoft technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services in .NET / C#.
• Architect new features and refactor existing solutions for modern cloud technologies and evolving business requirements.
• Extend and evolve RESTful APIs for integration with external systems, devices, and third-party developers.
• Ensure high code quality, optimal performance, clean architecture, and thorough test coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-border Agile/Scrum teams in an open, transparent environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of strong backend development experience with C# / .NET.
• Solid background in client/server architecture and web services development.
• Proficiency in database design and management (SQL).
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Microservices, and Azure Functions.
• Knowledge of unit testing and TDD practices.
• Experience with visual management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Exposure to cloud data solutions, such as Azure Data Lake and Snowflake, or data analytics pipelines.
