Senior .NET Developer – Financial Services & Microservices

Role Overview

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will work on innovative debt-management solutions in the financial services industry. You will collaborate with the Team Lead and development team to deliver scalable, efficient solutions in a dynamic environment focused on financial technology, career growth, and innovation.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop backend services using C# and .NET technologies to drive financial solutions.
• Implement Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and tactical patterns for robust architecture.
• Design and build distributed systems with CQRS and Eventual Consistency to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Utilize messaging patterns and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) to enable seamless communication between services.
• Manage API contracts using OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, and Data Contracts for consistency and clarity.
• Implement automated testing, including unit, integration, and contract tests, to ensure quality and stability.
• Develop and optimize microservices, ensuring asynchronous synchronization for scalability.
• Enhance observability with logging, metrics, and performance monitoring to maintain system health.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar development role.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET technologies.
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and bounded contexts.
• Knowledge of CQRS, Eventual Consistency, and Read Model projections.
• Expertise in messaging patterns and Event-Driven Architecture (RabbitMQ/Kafka).
• Hands-on experience with OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, and Data Contracts.
• Proficiency in automated testing: unit, integration, and contract testing.
• Experience in microservices design and asynchronous processing.
• Understanding of observability concepts: logs, metrics, and tracing.
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business teams to refine requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in cloud or microservices architecture.
• Experience working in Agile teams.

Languages

• Polish: Good command.
• English: Communicative level.
