Description

Build and develop microservices supporting claims reporting and handling processes. Design, implement, and maintain APIs and integrations between systems, delivering scalable, high-performance, and resilient services. Use AI tools and an Agentic AI approach during requirements analysis, implementation, testing, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop microservices supporting claims reporting and handling processes
• Design, implement, and maintain APIs and integrations between systems
• Design system solutions with scalability, performance, and service resilience in mind
• Develop automated tests and ensure code quality via code review and engineering best practices
• Apply AI tools and an Agentic AI approach in requirements analysis, implementation, testing, and maintenance
• Co-create technology standards and improve the software development process

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Java and Spring (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud) and Hibernate
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Apache Kafka
• Very good knowledge of SQL
• Experience creating unit and integration tests using JUnit, TestNG, Spock, Testcontainers, or WireMock
• Knowledge of patterns and mechanisms providing resilience for services in distributed systems
• Ability to use AI tools in the software development process
