Description

You will set standards for AI-powered analytics solution architecture using large-scale data in BigQuery (Google Cloud Platform), with a strong focus on scalable NLP/LLM for CX and T&S use cases. You will build modern analytics tools and AI agents from scratch to enable data democratization through conversational analytics. You will partner with CX/T&S leaders to deliver strategic recommendations that improve platform safety, reduce fraud/abuse, and increase user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Define analytics architecture standards for AI-based solutions
• Operate on large data volumes in BigQuery on GCP
• Develop scalable content analysis using NLP/LLM for CX and T&S
• Build AI agents and modern tools enabling conversational analytics
• Support CX and T&S leadership with strategy recommendations for safety and satisfaction outcomes
• Design semantic models in Looker ML and build reporting ecosystems and dashboards for stakeholders (Management, CX, T&S, Product, Legal)
• Initiate and implement business processes combining predictive and generative analytics with operational needs

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in analytics roles working with large datasets
• Very strong SQL (required)
• Advanced analytical skills
• English proficiency for fluent oral and written communication
• Ability to present results clearly
• Willingness to tackle ambitious challenges and learn continuously
• Meticulous, independent, and curious working style
• Data visualization experience (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI)
• Bonus: Looker ML, Python, Airflow, GitHub, or experience using AI in GCP
