In this role, you will work with large-scale datasets, develop analytical solutions, and independently drive projects from identifying business needs to presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders. You will combine strong technical skills with a business-oriented approach, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to turn complex data into actionable outcomes.B2B contract | Remote (Poland) or hybrid work from Warsaw, Poznań, or KrakówResponsibilities:Develop analytical and automation solutions using Python, SQL, and data visualization toolsWork with large-scale and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimizationConduct end-to-end analyses, from understanding business needs and defining the scope to presenting findings and recommendationsTranslate complex data into clear, actionable business insights and recommendationsProactively identify business opportunities and analytical needs rather than working solely on predefined requestsInitiate and lead analytical projects, coordinating with relevant stakeholders throughout the processBuild and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models supporting business decision-makingCollaborate closely with business stakeholders and senior managers, effectively communicating analytical findings and influencing decisionsContribute to the development and improvement of analytical solutions and data-driven processesMust-have requirements:4+ years of professional experience in data analyticsStrong Python skills and hands-on experience writing codeAdvanced SQL skills and the ability to independently query and analyze large datasetsFamiliarity with Git/GitHub and collaborative code managementExperience working with large-scale and mature data environmentsHands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or comparable solutionsStrong analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendationsProven ability to work independently and drive analytical projects end-to-endProactive approach and the ability to identify business needs and propose solutionsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to present insights to senior business stakeholdersGood command of English, both written and spokenNice to have:Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or another public cloud environmentExperience with AirflowExperience with Looker / Looker Studio, particularly creating or working with Explores and business-oriented data modelsExperience creating data models or analytical data marts for business usersKnowledge of pricing and/or experience working with pricing-related dataExperience in Advertising, AdTech, e-commerce, banking, FMCG, consulting, or other data-intensive industriesPractical experience using AI or Machine Learning techniques to automate or scale analytical solutions
