Description

You will analyze a company’s GRC and information security requirements and translate them into understandable, practical solution recommendations. You will lead technical discussions with decision-makers, present the solution in demos and workshops, and guide customers through complex decisions. You will support qualified leads through direct and partner sales together with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze GRC requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR/DSGVO, KRITIS)

• Conduct technical conversations with CISO, ISB, and data protection officers

• Demonstrate how the GRC cloud solution is used in demos and workshops

• Translate regulatory requirements into clear solution proposals

• Guide customers through complex decision-making and provide technical justification

• Support qualified leads through direct and partner sales until deal close

• Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and the product team

Requirements

• Multi-year experience in GRC, information security, or data protection (e.g., ISMS, ISO 27001, BCM, audits)

• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and structure customer guidance

• Ability to recognize customer and regulatory requirements and develop tailored solutions

• Experience with direct customer interaction (consulting, audit, or similar specialist roles)

• Native German; fluent English is a plus
