Description

You will advise clients on modern IT security solutions, turning security-architecture analyses into actionable measures. You will design and implement security concepts for firewalling, endpoint security, vulnerability management, identity, and Zero Trust across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments. You will also support security roadmaps, best practices, and compliance requirements (e.g., NIS2, BSI IT-Grundschutz) and assist with technical pre-sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide technically sound, understandable, and customer-level IT security consulting

• Analyze existing security architectures and derive appropriate measures

• Contribute to the design and implementation of solutions for firewalling, endpoint security, vulnerability management, identity, and Zero Trust (on-prem, hybrid, cloud)

• Support customers with security roadmaps, best practices, and compliance needs (e.g., NIS2)

• Support sales in technical pre-sales and during quote preparation

• Plan, organize, and conduct workshops and technical sessions

• Work closely with the internal team and clients

Requirements

• Experience in IT security (consulting, operations, project work, or a mix)

• Holistic understanding of security and technical relationships

• Knowledge of classic IT security solutions

• Ideally experience with NIS2, BSI IT-Grundschutz, or other compliance requirements

• Strong consulting skills and motivation to co-develop solutions with customers

• Team player with confident and secure handling of technology and customer work

• Living in Northern Germany, ideally near Hannover

• German at C1 level or higher

• English at B2 level or higher
