Description

You will support the technical conception and delivery of a new software system for managing the PhD promotion process. The role focuses on analyzing and documenting technical requirements and interfaces, driving test concepts for quality assurance, and providing first- and second-level technical support and user guidance during the rollout.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the technical design and tendering of the new software for PhD management
• Analyze, document, and coordinate technical requirements and required interfaces to existing university systems
• Create technical documentation and support requirements engineering
• Develop and execute test concepts and perform quality assurance during the introduction phase
• Provide technical first- and second-level support for employees, PhD candidates, supervisors, and other user groups
• Produce guides, FAQs, and other informational materials
• Coordinate and track technical requests with the external software provider
• Support project coordination with documentation, scheduling, and project communication
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of information events, trainings, and change management measures
• Maintain project-related webpages and digital information offerings
