Description

As an IT Systems Integration trainee, you will learn how modern IT systems are built, maintained, and optimized—especially in DATEV environments. You will support tasks ranging from installing and configuring systems to administering DATEV setups, and you will participate in infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud-integration projects. You’ll also provide technical support, resolve incidents (remote or on-site), and help implement security and data-protection requirements in a sensitive finance and tax environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, install, and configure IT systems (servers, workstations, and cloud solutions)

• Administer DATEV environments, including support for updates and migrations

• Set up networks, firewalls, and security solutions

• Analyze errors and troubleshoot incidents (remote or at the customer site)

• Contribute to IT projects related to infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud integration

• Support IT support activities and act as a first point of contact for technical questions

• Implement security and data-protection requirements in a sensitive finance/tax environment

Requirements

• Strong interest in technology and willingness to try new things

• Ability to stay calm and solve problems when challenges arise

• Team-oriented working style and willingness to contribute ideas

• Comfortable working in the digital world with a good instinct for IT topics

• Sense of ownership and initiative for new ideas and projects

• German and English proficiency at C1–C2 level
