Description

You’ll complete a practical, responsibility-rich apprenticeship in IT system integration. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth operation of IT systems, maintaining and monitoring existing systems, supporting infrastructure and performance optimization, and using internal AI tools while critically reviewing the results. You’ll also gain broad exposure to IT security, databases, networks, and operating systems.

Requirements

• General interest in IT and technology

• Enjoy building computers, computer systems, and networks

• Strong German spelling and grammar

• Able to read and understand English websites

• Analytical thinking and comfort with mathematically logical challenges

• Strong teamwork skills and comfort collaborating with people

• Initiative, engagement, and openness to innovation and change

• Ability to stay calm, learn, and adapt in stressful situations

• Willingness to learn AI usage and critically question AI results (no prior experience required)
