Description

You’ll start a 2027 apprenticeship as an IT Systems Integration Specialist, learning how to install, configure, and run IT systems—from hardware to software. The training covers network setup and maintenance, troubleshooting and bug fixing, planning and implementing IT projects, and applying a security-first mindset. You’ll also support users as a first point of contact and collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver the best service.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and operate IT systems (hardware and software)

• Set up and manage networks to keep them stable

• Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs

• Plan and implement IT projects from start to finish

• Protect systems against attacks with a Security first approach

• Provide IT support as the first contact for users

Requirements

• Strong interest in technology and a willingness to try new things

• Problem-solving mindset

• Team collaboration skills

• Comfort with customer interaction

• German and English skills at C1–C2 level

• Independent, responsible way of working

• Ideally, Driver’s license class B
