Description

In this apprenticeship, you’ll work on analyzing customer requirements as well as the planning, setup, maintenance, and administration of IT systems and computer networks. You’ll also have development opportunities through further training (e.g., Technician, Business Specialist, or university study), with potential progression up to team or department leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan and configure IT systems.
• Install and set up hardware components, operating systems, and networks.
• Support users in case of faults and application problems.
• Go through training areas covering customer requirements analysis, planning, setup, maintenance, and administration of systems and computer networks, including application and database development.

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary School Certificate (Mittlere Reife)
• Good grades in Mathematics and German
• First experience with Microsoft Office
• Enjoy working with numbers
• Communication and teamwork skills
