Description

You will be trained to develop and operate software applications for insurance professionals. The program includes using an internal AI from day one and ensuring its outputs are professionally validated before use. You will test and maintain applications and help implement concepts in practice, with exposure to web technologies, IT security, automation, databases, agile methods, and more.

Requirements

• Strong interest in IT and technology
• Willingness to work with AI tools and to critically review AI results
• Proficiency in German grammar and spelling
• Ability to read and understand English websites
• Analytical mindset and comfort with mathematically logical challenges
• Team player; comfortable collaborating with others and customers
• Calm and flexible under stress, willing to keep learning
