Description

You are responsible for the ongoing development and support of Oracle EBS IT solutions and related applications at the Ronsberg and Tortona sites. The role includes enabling business areas to use ERP applications effectively, managing local application portfolios, coordinating tests for changes and improvements, and monitoring the IT Service-Desk process for incidents, service requests, and changes. You also collaborate across the wider IT organization and with Group IS and Primus Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Development and support of Oracle EBS IT solutions at Huhtamaki sites Ronsberg and Tortona

• Support business areas in understanding effective use of ERP applications

• Manage further development of a portfolio of local applications

• Coordinate and support required testing for improvements or changes

• Monitor the Huhtamaki IT Service-Desk system (Incidents, Service Requests, Changes) and support implementation of enhancements and upgrades

• Work with the extended IT team on cross-area projects, improvements, and troubleshooting

• Coordinate with Huhtamaki Group IS and Primus Solutions

Requirements

• Completed training as Fachinformatiker for Application Development or comparable qualification, plus IT work experience

• Experience with SQL databases and ERP systems; initial project management experience

• Willingness for continuous, independent further training and participation in trainings

• Very good knowledge of the company’s IT infrastructure and user requirements

• Customer-facing skills: friendly, courteous communication with internal customers

• Confident, convincing communication in German and English

• Goal-oriented work style also under higher workload
