Description

You will train as a Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung (m/w/d) in the banking IT environment with structured, highly regarded training, close individual support, and regular feedback from day one. The role includes hands-on tasks in real projects, contributing to new and ongoing development of bank software and implementing application concepts in code. You will also develop user-friendly web interfaces and be introduced to AI tools, learning how to assess data correctly.

Responsibilities

• Learn modern programming languages and development environments
• Contribute to the new development and further development of banking software
• Participate in application concept creation and implement them in code
• Develop user-friendly web interfaces
• Test applications and document work to ensure quality and stability
• Work from the beginning on real tasks and in projects
• Explore AI tools and practice correct data evaluation
• Participate in seminars, onboarding weeks, hackathons, and technical events
• Support daily operations across different departments

Requirements

• Strong interest in IT and software development
• Logical and analytical thinking
• German proficiency (C1) and good English
• Enjoy working in a team
• Motivation to complete the ~3-year apprenticeship as Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung
