Description

You will help build and evolve an AI-augmented booking and property management platform for hospitality and Airbnb-style hosts. The focus is on integrating Claude/LLMs and automating workflows by connecting systems through APIs, webhooks, and data flows. You’ll work closely with leadership and operations and contribute improvement ideas throughout the platform.

Responsibilities

• Guide the platform toward multi-tenant market readiness
• Integrate Claude and other AI tools into existing work processes
• Analyze and optimize existing AI applications and prompts
• Identify and implement new AI workflows and use cases
• Analyze manual processes and recognize automation opportunities
• Automate recurring tasks intelligently
• Optimize and accurately model workflows in a technical, maintainable way
• Design processes that scale with further growth
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions
• Connect systems via APIs and interfaces; plan and implement new integrations
• Improve data flows between tools
• Replace error-prone manual transfers with automated processes
• Review and optimize existing integrations and technical solutions
• Develop new internal tools and features when standard solutions fall short
• Independently analyze and sustainably solve technical problems
• Explain and document technical decisions clearly

Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in software architecture and customer-oriented design
• Ability to make independent technical decisions across multiple languages (especially Laravel, MySQL, Angular)
• Practical experience with Claude, LLMs, and AI-assisted workflows
• Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, data flows, and system integrations
• Entrepreneurial mindset: proactively suggest better solutions
• Pragmatic, goal-oriented work with emphasis on clean, maintainable, scalable solutions
• Ability to independently onboard into existing systems, analyze problems, and implement solutions
• Strong interest/experience with Claude/Anthropic (LLM APIs, AI agents) and automation platforms like n8n or Make, plus REST APIs/webhooks and integrations
• Experience with databases, SaaS integrations, Git/GitHub, and relevant hospitality/booking/property-management systems or internal process automation
