  • Focus: Frontier design for an intelligent, orchestrated experience—anchored in orchestration and intent-to-resolution
  • Collaboration: Partner directly with the Chief Design Officer and work with product and engineering across verticals

Description

Design at the frontier: take early, undefined vision and turn it into designed, prototyped, shippable experiences. This is an evolving, multi-initiative role tied to the frontier roadmap, with orchestration and intent-to-resolution as the current central theme.

Responsibilities

  • Convert ambiguous frontier concepts into shippable experiences anchored in orchestration and intent-to-resolution design
  • Build coherent, scalable experiences by partnering with product, engineering, and design leads across vertical teams
  • Rapidly prototype and test novel interaction paradigms, including intent-driven interfaces and agentic workflows
  • Design personalization experiences powered by segmentation and personalization infrastructure (without owning data models)
  • Advance interaction patterns at the frontier that may later be codified into the design system
  • Create alignment through design narrative and prototypes
  • Raise the craft bar on every surface you touch

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product design experience, including 2+ years at principal level (or equivalent seniority)
  • Systems thinking: ability to design across product surfaces and organizational boundaries
  • Self-directed ownership from ambiguous brief to shipped experience
  • Comfort with an evolving, moving brief
  • Exceptional prototyping skills and strong visual and interaction design sensibility
  • AI-native design practice: hands-on experience designing AI-powered experiences (agentic workflows, intent-driven interfaces, generative UI, personalization systems)
  • Personalization-aware design experience using segmentation and personalization infrastructure
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration across design, product, and engineering
  • Exceptional communication and narrative skills to build alignment
  • Location/time overlap: NAMER or LATAM; working hours overlapping Pacific time and some overlap with EMEA

Benefits

  • Stock grant opportunities depending on role, employment status, and location
  • Additional perks and benefits based on employment status and country
  • Flexible remote work, with optional WeWork access
  • U.S. benefits: Health Insurance effective from Day 1, 401k, Disability, Life, EAP, and FSA
  • Flexible time off (PTO) and 12 paid holidays per year
  • Parental leave: 16 weeks (birthing parent) and 8 weeks (non-birthing parent)
