Description

Lead cloud transformation projects from planning to execution, including roadmaps, target operating models, migration phases, risk assessment, and change management. Coordinate cross-functional teams (consulting, architecture, security, and external partners) and communicate with C-level and technical stakeholders. Support presales work by developing and presenting transformation approaches in workshops and contract negotiations, and ensure governance and a smooth transition to operations.

Requirements

• Multi-year project experience leading large infrastructure or cloud migration projects (Azure, AWS, Google, or European providers)
• Proven ability to manage heterogeneous stakeholders and decision-making bodies
• Strong understanding of digital sovereignty requirements (data protection, data localization, compliance, sovereign cloud services)
• Strong moderation and presentation skills
• Very good German and good English (verbal and written)
• Ability to use AI tools confidently and critically assess results
• Certifications such as PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA or cloud-specific qualifications are desirable
