Description

Conduct and lead penetration tests, analyze and evaluate security vulnerabilities, and develop attack scenarios. Advise customers on defense strategies, create detailed and meaningful reports, and present results and solution approaches with confidence. Provide technical and organizational leadership for project teams and coach junior penetration testers while continuously growing your cybersecurity expertise.

Responsibilities

• Run and lead penetration tests
• Analyze and assess security vulnerabilities and develop attack scenarios
• Advise customers on designing and implementing defense strategies
• Produce comprehensive, clear security reports
• Develop security concepts and policies
• Present concepts, solutions, and results effectively
• Provide technical and organizational leadership for project teams
• Coach and develop junior penetration testers
• Contribute to customer acquisition and proposal development
• Continue professional development and expand your cybersecurity knowledge

Requirements

• Master’s or diploma degree with relevant professional experience or equivalent knowledge and skills
• At least 7 years of professional experience in IT security, including several years in penetration testing or comparable activities
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructures, networks, web, and application security
• Experience with tools and methods for vulnerability analysis and penetration testing (e.g., Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap)
• Strong knowledge of attack techniques and defense measures in cybersecurity
• Excellent analytical skills and structured working methods
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, or equivalent
• Strong personal interest in IT security and ability to independently build new knowledge
• High flexibility, resilience, and willingness to perform
• Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
