Description

You will be responsible for stable infrastructure operations and for supporting software across its full lifecycle. You will actively drive the introduction of a new collections/invoicing system and manage the controlled shutdown of the legacy system, while continuously automating processes and infrastructure using Configuration as Code. You will also act as a cross-team contact for infrastructure topics within the Architecture and Operations scope.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable operation of the infrastructure and support software throughout its lifecycle
• Drive the rollout of a new collections system and coordinate controlled shutdown of the old system
• Automate processes and infrastructure (Configuration as Code) for repeatability and operational stability
• Serve as an infrastructure point of contact across teams in Collection Process Operations
• Collaborate with EOS TS and international colleagues using proactive stakeholder management

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps
• Solid knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes, plus Git
• Knowledge of Configuration as Code; automation experience is expected
• Experience/knowledge with Ansible, Linux, Bash, and ideally GitLab CI
• Network knowledge
• Advantage: experience with Graylog, Kibana, and AWS services
• Confident communication in German and English with effective stakeholder management
• Independent, proactive working style and resilience in complex project situations
