Description

Join a team working on a Kubernetes-based hosting platform for web hosting products. You will help build and improve the platform for stability, performance, and scalability, including automation and monitoring-driven incident prevention. The position includes an onboarding program that prepares you for the infrastructure and the technical stack.

Responsibilities

• Shape and maintain the system environment for web hosting products to keep everything running smoothly
• Develop the Kubernetes-based hosting platform to ensure it is stable, performant, and scalable
• Work on use cases such as Kubernetes operators and bare-metal deployments
• Monitor Kubernetes clusters using Prometheus, Grafana, and Opsgenie to prevent outages
• Build new automations and improve platform quality through your ideas
• Stay engaged with Open Source developments and experiment with new technologies

Requirements

• Enjoy tinkering and solving problems using structured approaches; keep thinking beyond known solutions
• Understand why systems work; reason systematically and recognize dependencies others may miss
• Continue investigating until you truly understand the issue
• Have experience setting up servers (e.g., for games, home projects, or learning)
• After experimenting with Linux, containers, and cloud tools, prefer system-level work
