SAP Java Team Lead

Join the team as an SAP Java Team Lead and deliver innovative, cloud-driven solutions for global clients. Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable solutions using SAP and cloud technologies
• Contribute to end-to-end implementation of SAP systems, including integrations and extensions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with client needs
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and actionable development tasks
• Ensure software development best practices for performance, security, and maintainability
• Support continuous improvement through Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Engage with clients to provide technical guidance and build strong working relationships
• Participate in knowledge sharing and contribute to the team’s technical growth

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an SAP expert with strong knowledge of BTP, ABAP, Fiori, HANA, Integration, OData, SAPUI5, ERP, Java, and S/4HANA
• Solid understanding of modern cloud-native solutions within and beyond the SAP ecosystem
• Expertise in ERP and/or S/4HANA with a good grasp of end-to-end business processes
• Strong Java and Spring Boot background focused on scalable, robust applications
• Familiarity with microservices architectures and event-driven design principles
• Experience working in Agile environments and practical DevOps knowledge, including CI/CD and automation
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client projects
• Strong English communication and presentation skills; German is a plus

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of SAP BTP, CAP, Fiori, or UI5
• Exposure to additional SAP products
• Interest in AI-driven SDLC processes
