Description

As a Game Lead, you own product outcomes for mobile games and shape the long-term product strategy. • Support Product Delivery with developers and designers to execute goals and provide decision-relevant information
  • Continuously improve ways of working using AI—from discovery through delivery to learnings; integrate automation where it adds value
  • Maintain continuous, trusted communication with international partners
  • Measure results using analytics (e.g., A/B tests) with the Business Intelligence team; share insights regularly

  • In-depth engagement with AI and the ability to rethink your workflow step by step with AI
  • Critical evaluation of AI outputs with high quality standards; know when something is “good enough” vs. not
  • Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams and developing for the right target users
  • Knowledge of game mechanics and business models for free-to-play and casual games
  • Strong German and English communication skills
  • Interest in players’ needs and aligning work with business objectives
  • Experience with user acquisition campaigns and/or performance marketing

Benefits

  • Freedom to use the best technologies and working methods for each team
  • Daily learning culture with a lean and test-informed mindset; training is essential
  • Flexible working hours, latest equipment (including for home office), and free lunch in a large office near the train station (30 minutes north of Frankfurt)
