Description

Hospital-employed OB/GYN position focused on shaping and growing a women’s health program while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The role offers a full-scope OB/GYN practice including prenatal care, deliveries, and gynecologic surgery, with shared call coverage (1:4) and approximately 796 deliveries annually. Board Certified or Board Eligible candidates are sought, and J-1 waiver candidates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide prenatal care and deliver babies
• Perform C-sections and hysterectomies
• Provide a broad range of gynecologic procedures and surgery
• Participate in shared call coverage (1:4)
• Collaborate in a team-oriented environment with clinical and administrative support
• Influence clinical protocols and women’s health program development

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Willingness to practice full-scope OB/GYN care
• Ability to support shared call coverage (1:4)
• Collaborative mindset and interest in program development

Benefits

• Salary: $400,000–$425,000 plus WRVU-based incentives
