Description

You will collect, organize, and review data from multiple sources; develop reports and dashboards; and identify key trends and patterns that inform process improvements. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex datasets into clear narratives that support initiatives across sales, marketing, product development, and client operations.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to support day-to-day decision-making across product, marketing, operations, and client engagement
  • Conduct foundational analyses on KPIs such as user engagement, retention, throughput, and campaign performance
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand data needs, translate them into report requirements, and support ad hoc analysis requests
  • Assist in building clear and interpretable proof of concepts from complex data sources
  • Support data quality efforts by validating report accuracy and identifying inconsistencies across reporting platforms
  • Document reporting processes, definitions, and logic
  • Recommend improvements to existing reports or dashboards to enhance usability, efficiency, or business relevance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data collection, standardization, and reporting consistency

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science or related field
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and complex modeling (lookup functions, pivot tables, pivot charts, etc.)
  • 1–2+ years of experience working in operations or other data-related fields; advanced analytical skills to distill complex analyses for management
  • Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools, preferably Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented; ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models and technologies
  • Highly organized with ability to prioritize and execute many concurrent tasks

Bonus Points

  • Master’s degree in analytics, data science or related field
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics tools such as PowerBI
