Description

Voluum is looking for a hands-on, self-driven Senior Business Analyst to solve complex business problems, analyze data, challenge assumptions, and turn manual processes into scalable automations.

You will support reporting, data processes, automation, and CRM management across the business. Working closely with the Director, you will translate strategic needs into clear requirements, reliable data solutions, and automation workflows; own complex initiatives end-to-end; and act as CRM superadmin, maintaining CRM setup, data quality, and configurations for sales, operations, customer success, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Design and validate end-to-end business solutions by working with stakeholders on goals, processes, and needs, then translating them into clear requirements and system-ready solutions.
  • Own complex, high-impact initiatives from discovery through rollout, coordinating across teams and facilitating key decisions.
  • Challenge assumptions, identify risks, and propose better ways of working.
  • Act as CRM superadmin, owning day-to-day CRM maintenance, configuration, access management, data structures, workflows, and process consistency.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL; write and optimize queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources; and ensure accurate, reliable KPIs.
  • Design, document, and support ETL/ELT data pipelines feeding dashboards, reports, and operational workflows.
  • Identify high-value automation opportunities and implement or specify solutions using Python scripts, APIs, and low-code/no-code tools.
  • Identify data-quality issues, architectural bottlenecks, scalability concerns, and technical debt, and propose mitigations.
  • Prototype AI/LLM-powered solutions, including agents, prompts, and tool integrations, to improve productivity.
  • Run documentation reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote strong BI and automation practices across teams.
  • Own complex and high-impact product, reporting, or automation initiatives from discovery through rollout and success measurement.

About you

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, BI Analyst, Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Comfortable working across business analysis, BI, data processes, CRM management, and automation.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business goals into practical reporting, process, and system solutions.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI, including report building, data modeling, calculated measures, and KPI design.
  • Strong SQL skills, including querying, transforming, and validating data from multiple sources.
  • Experience using Python for analytics, automation, ETL, or data-processing tasks.
  • CRM platform experience, preferably HubSpot, including CRM governance standards, data-quality rules, pipeline processes, and connectivity with third-party tools.
  • Understanding of relational databases, CRM/data models, integrations, and business data flows.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Make.com or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with APIs and connecting tools or systems.
  • Experience building LLM agents, prompt engineering, and connecting AI tools to business workflows.
  • Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including facilitating discussions, clarifying options, and helping teams reach decisions.
  • Healthy skepticism toward undocumented assumptions, unclear requirements, and inconsistent data.
  • Fluent English.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms.

Benefits

  • Home, office, or hybrid work model.
  • Six fully compensated training days per year, a personal training budget, and access to online training platforms.
  • City-center office with free parking, standing desks, game room, library, and more.
  • Team events including Halloween and Christmas parties, family picnics, and company trips.
  • Monthly company breakfast, office fruits and vegetables, and coffee.
  • Private healthcare, life insurance, MediCover Sport card, and NAIS benefit program.
