Description

You’ll shape user experiences by conducting research that aligns with product objectives and by collaborating with designers, PMs, and engineers. Your work supports health professionals by generating research insights on how they inform patients about their care, bridging user needs with design solutions to foster a user-centered culture within dynamic teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with your squad to explore problems from multiple perspectives
• Align research solutions with product strategy
• Identify exploratory research opportunities with product leadership
• Use research to determine what ideas best meet user and business needs
• Apply appropriate research methods to achieve goals

Requirements

• Develop an evidence-based research strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams
• Model excellence (not perfection) in user-centered research processes
• Advocate for UX research best practices
• Efficiently iterate research within two-week sprint cycles
• Use data to define and track key metrics, providing clear insights
• Leverage AI throughout the research process
• Acquire a thorough understanding of customer use cases and ensure their needs are addressed
• Gain deeper knowledge of market segments and competitors
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• 5+ years of experience in UX research
