Description

In this role, you will coach and grow Solutions Architects, set and lead strategic technology initiatives across nonprofit customers, and drive revenue growth through technical engagements. You will also partner with Sales and Business Development, and act as a liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and Support.

Responsibilities

• Lead two sub verticals within the nonprofit vertical as part of the solution architect leadership team
• Set and lead strategic technology initiatives spanning all Nonprofit customers
• Hire, on-board, train, and develop Solution Architects and leaders
• Build and coach the team to deliver one-to-few and one-to-many technical training sessions
• Partner with Sales and Business Development leadership to accelerate progress and adjust resource strategies
• Lead solutions architecture teams to drive revenue and market share through technical engagements
• Act as a conduit and liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and Support
• Communicate with diverse audiences and drive business and technology discussions with senior leaders

Requirements

• 5+ years management of technical, enterprise customer-facing resources or equivalent experience
• 5+ years infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.)
