Description

This role supports the application and deployment of iComplete systems, including high pressure flowline, valves, high-pressure flexible pipe systems, and electrical control systems. It provides advanced technical support for commissioning, field operations, troubleshooting, and product performance issues, and performs engineering evaluations and product performance assessments using analytical tools and operational data.

Responsibilities

  • Support application and deployment of iComplete systems (high pressure flowline, valves, high-pressure flexible pipe systems, electrical control systems)
  • Act as technical interface between field operations, other iComplete engineers, and product engineering teams
  • Provide advanced technical support for commissioning, field operations, troubleshooting, and product performance issues
  • Perform engineering evaluations and product performance assessments using analytical tools and operational data
  • Lead or participate in technical investigations, root cause analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives related to product performance and reliability
  • Support product development, validation, factory acceptance testing, field trials, and introduction of new technologies and systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, application guidelines, operating procedures, and engineering specifications
  • Conduct technical presentations, customer engagements, training activities, and provide technical guidance to field personnel and engineering teams

Requirements

  • BS degree in Engineering
  • 2 to 8 years of experience in the field
  • 4 to 8 years of engineering experience
  • Excellent command of English
  • Preferred: experience supporting hydraulic fracturing, pressure pumping, surface pressure control equipment, or related well service operations
  • Preferred: experience with customer-facing technical support or field engineering activities
  • Preferred: experience working with flexible pipe systems, flexible flowlines, or related products
  • Preferred: experience performing root cause investigations and troubleshooting complex technical issues
  • Preferred: experience working within a matrixed engineering organization
