Description

You will support the daily delivery of multiple web and branding projects, keeping the process, timelines, budgets, and agreements on track so that projects move smoothly through each stage. The role is designed for growth in project management and includes communication with clients (Polish and English), coordination between designers and developers, and support for QA and go-live.

Responsibilities

• Support running web and branding projects from brief to launch
• Daily management of tasks, deadlines, and project status updates in ClickUp
• Update schedules, estimates, and progress
• Monitor hourly budgets and signal deviations to the Delivery Manager
• Prepare project status updates and ensure information stays current
• Communicate with clients in Polish and English: gather inputs, share statuses, and ensure agreements are followed
• Coordinate day-to-day collaboration between designers, developers, and clients
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document decisions and next steps
• Ensure tasks are clearly defined, assigned, and completed within agreed deadlines
• Verify required materials and information are available on time
• Signal delays, issues, and scope changes early
• Support QA: collect feedback and ensure fixes are completed before deployment
• Maintain project documentation order and ensure smooth information flow

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience managing projects (ideally in a creative agency, digital agency, or software house)
• Strong organization and ability to handle multiple topics at once
• Diligence, responsibility for assigned tasks, and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate statuses, delays, and problems clearly and concretely
• Fluent Polish and English communication
• Experience with task management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar)
• Ability to collaborate with clients and a creative team
• Basic understanding of the process of creating websites and branding projects
• Independence in daily work organization, while being ready to use support from more experienced people
