Required skills

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master within a software development team.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban; project-management tools including Jira, Confluence, and MS Project; and experience leading Agile events such as planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Strong risk-management, facilitation, team-leadership, situational-awareness, conflict-resolution, and project-transparency skills.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and practices, with at least 1–2 years of IT project-management experience, preferably focused on web development.
• Quick learner who is passionate, motivated, and self-managed.
• English B2.

Nice-to-have skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other relevant Agile and project-management certifications.
• Previous software-development experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full-cycle software development projects for US and EU startups, collaborating directly with customers and stakeholders.
• Serve as a member of an Agile Scrum team, ensuring timely delivery of project tasks with a strong focus on quality and user experience.
• Lead and support the development team using Agile methodologies and industry best practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor team performance and manage KPIs.
• Take ownership of project release planning and delivery.
