The role includes section-level leadership for a configurable logic hardware group and individual contributor work on programs requiring configurable logic, with substantial time spent directly on programs across the hardware lifecycle. Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship (required for security clearance eligibility)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance
  • DoD Secret clearance: active and existing required after day 1
  • STEM degree + minimum 8 years relevant experience, or advanced degree in related field + minimum 5 years experience
  • Experience in engineering development
  • Technical leadership experience managing technical teams with program office and customer teams across entire hardware life cycle
  • Proficiency in at least one area for complex military electronics subsystems: Mixed Signal Design OR Digital Hardware OR Integration and Test Development
  • Experience designing projects with Xilinx and/or Altera FPGA/SoCs
  • Experience with Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) design, schematic capture, and/or CCA integration
  • Experience providing cost estimates for proposal activities
