Description

Join a global Service Desk team supporting colleagues worldwide in usage of digital workspace. The role answers questions via telephone or a central ticketing platform, focusing on internal customer requests in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions as 1st Level Support Agent via telephone or central ticketing platform

• Fix issues and answer questions regarding:

  • Ordering portal
  • Microsoft Office Package and Office 365
  • Citrix
  • Network connectivity
  • Printing

• Depending on experience and needs: back office tasks such as Knowledge Base updates, preparing communications for end users, performing trainings for co-workers, contributing to change management, and performing security checks/software upgrades

• Onsite support for users located in Warsaw (local request fulfillment)

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of German
• Very good knowledge of English
• Spanish will be an advantage
• Motivation to become part of a successful and well-integrated team
• Good knowledge of Windows Client and Citrix environment from user perspective
• Good understanding of Android; iOS would be helpful
• Customer service experience dealing with technical and non-technical users is an advantage
• Quick learning
• Friendly & can do attitude
• Ability to prioritize
• Openness for new technologies and tasks
