Description

Responsibility for planning, managing and successfully delivering projects and customisation activities for the ASES from ATOSS workforce planning system, with a clear focus on Austria and/or Slovakia.

  • Lead the implementation and operational management of the workforce planning tool
  • Coordinate the project schedule and define, assign and monitor work packages
  • Align and coordinate requirements from business functions, such as Retail Processes, and IT
  • Document results and translate them into actionable requirements with clearly defined roles and responsibilities
  • Ensure that all required documentation and concepts for the country organisations are complete and up to date, including the operations manual and the roles and authorisation concept
  • Work closely with the system provider ATOSS and internally with IT/OST to resolve technical and functional issues efficiently
  • Ensure a transparent and continuous flow of information for all stakeholders
  • Prepare focused agendas and enforce timeboxing consistently
  • Apply and enforce centrally defined standards and blueprints

Requirements

  • Completed university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project management, Business Analysis or a comparable field
  • Country-specific experience: proven experience implementing or operating IT, HR systems in Austria and/or Slovakia; and/or functional expertise
  • In-depth knowledge of workforce planning and time management, ideally involving ASES from ATOSS
  • System implementation experience: managing rollout activities, system customisation and compliance with local legal requirements such as working time legislation
  • Integration and process expertise: experience coordinating interfaces (e.g., Paisy or HR Reporting) and ensuring client separation across Germany, Austria and Slovakia
  • Project management ability: manage schedules, work packages, stakeholders, documentation and standards with high accountability
  • Strong communication skills in English and Polish; readiness to work in a hybrid model in Katowice
